Description: Richard is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years’ experience in a range of different industries, both ASX-listed and private companies, and has worked on a number of major transactions including IPOs and acquisitions. He is passionate about understanding a business’s true drivers as well as process and systems improvements. He leads the finance team at PSW. Outside of work Richard enjoys family time, socialising with friends, the very occasional round of golf (and even more occasional bash on the guitar).
