Stock-Line Product

This is a garment that is always available to you regardless of the time of year and how many you need. (You can order 5 or 500). These garments are kept on our shelves and sent to you as you order them. There is no time spent waiting for us to ‘make' your order. Stock garments are sent 7-14 days from placing your order – guaranteed.

Customer Special Product

This is a garment that must be made especially for you when you place your order. We do not hold any of these garments on our shelves. Usually these garments are ordered by your school only and are a special design. As a result, special rules apply for ordering non-stock garments. Minimum order quantities apply and delivery time varies between 4 and 8 weeks. Non-stock line garments include anything that requires a special printing, special colours, materials, or designs that are made to order.

Introducing A New product Into the School's Uniform

Your Account Manager can provide all the information you need in relation to design, price, fabrics available, order requirements, colours and to arrange samples for you.

Product Guarantee

All PSW garments and products are guaranteed for 1 year against defects in manufacturing.

Special Garments

These are referred to as non-stock garments. Call us to discuss your requirements and to determine any special conditions that apply. When ordering ‘non-stock', minimum order requirements of at least 30 garments in multiples of 10 garments per size apply.

Usually a special print is designed for the back of the garment with the school logo appearing on the front. The students or someone else at your school may design the special logo or you may choose one of the templates that we can show you.

Of course you may choose to have a special print on the front or something added to the logo (e.g. ‘Class of 2004' under the school's logo). We are able to provide you with a special pen and paper with which the children can sign their own names to be applied onto the garment.

What About the Child Thats Doesn't Fit The Average Pattern

You may find that you have a child that has needs different to others. E.g. sensitive skin that only allows them to wear cotton garments or long legs and a narrow waist, short legs and a thick waist, etc. We offer a facility for these children.

Ask your representative to send you a form that guides you on all your special requirements. We'll then manufacture garments unique to that child's needs. Please be aware that an additional charge and longer delivery will apply for orders of this type.
