1. Designate a contact person
It is important to have one consistent contact person throughout the entire ordering process. This nominated person will be solely responsible for the communication and confirmation of all details.

2. Select your design
Select the design and print application and colours to be used on the front and back of the garments.

3. Select your garment
Select the garment and colours you want to order from the styles listed. Minimum order of 20 garments for your first order. If your order is under 20 garments a surcharge applies. A repeat order may be placed within 6 weeks of receiving the initial order.
*Custom made garments are available (conditions apply). Speak to your Account Manager.

4. Organise your class list
If you are having students names printed on the back of the garments it is best to supply a typed list of names via email for clarity on spelling. Alternatively, you can fax or send us a copy on hard disk. If you wish to have signatures contact PSW for a blank template.
Points to remember:

* Will the names be typed?
* Will they be hand written signatures?
* Will Teachers / Principals be included?
* Type the names in the order you want them to appear, e.g. alphabetical order or class lists
* List the ideal name i.e. Ben instead of Benjamin
* CHECK SPELLING of names!!!

5. Type and Email your class list
Email your class list as an attachment in MS Word Doc or an Excel spreadsheet format. If you don’t have access to the internet, please phone us on our Graduation Wear Hotline 1300 309 164 so we can help you with your class list. Email your class list to graduations@psw.com.au

Note: Certain designs can only accommodate a limited amount of names. It is not possible to have a large logo on the front of some garments. Also avoid fine detail if you are creating your own design as it may not print clearly.




Please be careful when approving artwork as once the artwork confirmation form is received, garments are printed exactly as it appears on the signed proof.

HD Print proofs
Proofs will be supplied as a full colour print via email or post for you to sign off.

Screen Print proofs
Proofs will be supplied as a greyscale print via email or post for you to sign off.

Embroidery proofs
Proofs will be posted as a fabric swatch for you to sign off.

It is the direct responsibility of the individual signing the form to ensure that all details are correct, especially the spelling of students names. If amendments to the artwork are required please write them on the confirmation sheet and an updated draft will be prepared for final confirmation.

For those using email, please reply to the draft sent to you detailing the changes required. When approving the artwork, print out the artwork and the confirmation form then fax it back to us complete with a signature so we have a signed approval.

Once both artwork and order form have been completed with approval we can proceed with your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery for your garments.

We also recommend that students check the spelling of their names. Any errors may result in additional garments and reprinting costs. Providing accurate and preferred names ensures a speedy turn around. Amendments can take time, delay the process significantly and incurs charges.

*Please note: All proofs must be signed before printing can commence.
