Refunds and Exchanges - Change of Mind

We are more than happy to provide you with a refund or exchange for change of mind item(s) purchased providing that the following conditions are met:

  1. The item(s) was purchased from a PSW Retail Outlet
  2. The item(s) is in original condition and in original packaging
  3. An original PSW receipt can be produced or other adequate proof of purchase
  4. Item(s) is returned within 28 days of purchase

Goods purchased during our Back to School period (Nov to Jan) have until the end of February to exchange.

PSW will not accept the return of the following items under the change of mind policy:

Faulty Products

PSW may elect to reutrn the product for repair or assessment to determine the nature of the problem. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse, neglect or general wear and tear.

Your right to exchange, refund or replace a faulty item(s) depends on various factors. Please bring your garment in to your closest PSW Retail Outlet for assessment.

The Australian Consumer Law advises you are entitled to a refund if the goods:

  1. Have a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item(s) if they had known about it
  2. Is unsafe
  3. Is significantly different from the sample or description
  4. Doesn't do what we said it would
  5. Or doesn't do what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
